Perfect Cut Laser Technology is a method of fabrication that is controlled by computer vector art. The machine precisely plots its path with a laser beam of light that actually burn cuts the material. It will cut down to one eight of an inch high letter if needed. Used mainly for thinner acrylics and similar materials. This method of fabrication is used in a wide variety of signs from Laser Engraved to Raised Tactile signs, including individual letters, Logos and Graphics. Raised acrylic letters and the like, come out of the machine with commercial polished edges. There is a minimal amount of finishing required so they are economical to use individually and when used for ADA Tactile signs as well. The materials it does cut, it cuts to perfection, and of course we can run the job through our Perfect-It finishing processes for some good old fashion edge finishing or perfect color matching if needed.
