Perfect Cut Routing Technology is a method of fabrication that is controlled by computer vector art.

The machine precisely plots its path with a super high
speed motor head spinning a cutter bit, actually slicing away the material in it's path. It cuts through limited thicker materials with multiple passed.

This method is a little more limited because though it cuts perfect, it cannot do very small or fine detail. The cutting bit leaves a small radius in all corners of Letters, Logos and Graphics making it better used for medium to larger cutting.

Sometimes the radius is acceptable, though mostly not preferred for average office signage and especially Architectural Signage. Routing cuts Aluminums, Acrylics, Brass, Bronze, Muntz, Wood similar materials.

This method of fabrication is used in a wide variety of signs including individual letters, Logos and Graphics both solid plate and fabricated to any depth.

Once all components of the job are Routed to Perfection we then fabricate it further if required before the job it put through our Perfect-It Metal / Non Metal finishing processes to achieve the highest quality signage.
