Perfect Die Cut Plotting / Printing Technology is a method of fabrication that is best controlled by computer vector art.

The machine precisely plots its path with a fast moving head that holds a pen or Knife. The pen draws the artwork if a full size layout needs to be scoped. The Knife cuts through the material and only scores the backing. Die Cut Plotted to Perfection, exactly to the artwork.

When the material opposite the Letter, Logo or Graphic cut is removed, the adhesive backed art layout is left. This is then transferred onto it's final background.

This process is an economical type of lettering method. It offers a very wide variety of colors in Vinyl and includes Metal Mylar for a rich look, almost like the real thing. Vinyl and Metal Mylar can be used for both inside and outside Signage.
